Many Magic: The Gathering players ask the question: Is it worth it to buy an event deck? This is a question whose answer is constantly in flux, because different event decks for different sets will have different values both during and after those sets. For this video, I will explore and explain the answer to this question as it relates to the Born of the Gods Event Deck: Underworld Herald.
Therefor, this video has relevance fairly limited to Born of the Gods and the Theros block, but I hope that this process of evaluation is one you’ll consider for future sets and future event decks.
